 Getting to Your Healthy Eating and losing your Weight! This was 2002-5- I Was 180 LB ! I moved from Africa in 2000, I did not know that, you have
to watch what you eat. I was eating anything , which comes across her mouth, I did not
even ask, what it was, as long as it looks and tests good. By 2003, I had put on weight, from
130LBs to 180LBs. I did not even know how bad I looked until, I traveled to Africa in
2003 march, to visit I family, when you are fat, you get noticed. Everybody was shocked
to see how I had put on so much weight, they started teasing me and I released that I was
really fat. When I came back to USA after month,I tried to see what was wrong in my
eating habits. As usual in “FAST FOOD” " Learn more about soy" eating when I was driving, I did not even read the
food ingredients . Then I started exercising and still eating all the unhealthy food still was not losing the weight. Then
one of my friends talked to me that I needed to read labels and start
going to health food stores. Not everything in the healthy stores is healthy, reading labels was very helpful, exercising, and not
eating fast food, Then I started cooking my own meals using coconut oil and safflower oils, that helped, I also started going to healthy food stores and then I lost the weight in 6 weeks from 180 LBS to 140 LBS. Lost the weight, the healthy food store was the center of all the food and meals I was eating. I gave up meats and Chicken/turkey,
and started eating a lot of veggies and fruits, most of organic bread and all the meals without soy and canola oils,
it was not easy, but I did it, by that time it was not easy to find all the organic food or meals from stores. These days, it easy to get whatever you are looking for as vegan. “I see a lot of people use some loss weight programs, were they tell you
to eat all the fatty foods, not to change what you eat and they give you their
food. What you do not know is! you do know what they use to cook that food
with, and you have to order that food program for the rest of your life. What you do
not know is that, if there is any harm will it will not happen over night." "Not being careful can cause a lot of
problems in future with your health, because you have no guarantee that the food can not cause
any problem a long the way. I would rather
cook my own food than somebody else, you will have paid for the food 10 years
ago and you find that you have health problems later; that company which supplies you
with cooked food will not be liable if you have any health problems along the way; e.g. cancer or any other health
problem. If you stop using
their program you will gain that weight again, so why not follow my true loss weight;
all you need is just read before you buy and keep me informed if you run into a
problem. I do have a health problem, but I have stopped taking medication, instead I have replaced that with healthy eating healthy. Before then, my Dr told me that, I have to take medications
the rest of my life, but guess what; that's not true because I do not take any medications,
since I used my system. I have never got a cold in fours years, and I do not
take flu shots. Anybody out there wandering

doing that; at the end they get nothing. WHY! Nobody sent you to buy their food; If
